Ledgers Franchises excel during the Covid-19 crisis
Providing Accounting, Tax, and Payroll services to the small business and the general public, is essential to the economy and allowed our franchises to continue to operate during the pandemic.
Although tax filing deadlines were extended, our franchises continued to prepare hundreds of returns daily for clients.
The use of our 100% cloud based technology allows us to receive documents and information from our clients from our secure, online portal.
We then prepare the returns and upload them back to the portal for our clients to review.
Even the social distancing requirements had little effect on the operation of our franchises and Central Processing Team.
Our cloud-based technology allows our franchises, their staff, and even our Central Processing staff and Corporate Management Team to work from home offices.
In addition to the online portal, several franchises established drop-off locations for clients to leave information.
